Zandi is proud to announce the appointment of my long-standing peer and industry colleague Dennis Naidoo as the Chief Executive Office or ETS Innovations. In my search for the custodian of the business it was imperative that we find someone that met three of our key requirements at ETS : Strategic vision, Operational excellence, and Passion for people. In Dennis we found all 3 in abundant volume. With previous experience, leading businesses on the continent and MEA, with Multi-National companies, Dennis has the strategic vision required to lead ETS to new heights.

Some of the highlights include Shareholder and Sales Director at Kunene Solutions and Services, General Manager Public Sector at Internet Solutions, Director of Advanced Customer Support at Oracle, , Director of Professional Services at Hitachi Vantara covering MEA, Pakistan, Turkey and Russia and Country Manager of Hitachi Vantara Africa. Indeed, in all the roles above, Dennis has excelled in terms of the first two criteria we needed. Dennis is also a Member of the Institute of Directors South Africa.

Zandi’s own personal passion for people development and growth is matched by Dennis who is obsessed with developing talent on our continent and beyond. His own personal value system incorporating Hard Work, Governance, Customer centricity, Humility and people development are what we applaud and embrace at ETS.
